  • My personal review of your extensive health history intake form prior to our first appointment, to identify unhealthy patterns and brewing issues that might be improved before pregnancy.

  • An initial 90-minute virtual consultation, where we’ll discuss your priorities, look together at your current situation, and get into the specific details of the most ideal changes. This may include individualized suggestions for food, exercise, supplementation, botanical medicine, homeopathy, plant stem cell therapy, circadian rhythms, limiting environmental exposures etc.

  • Three tune-up consults, each 30 minutes long, once a month for the next three months.  We will review and advance your plan, problem-solve, answer any questions, and make sure that you have the support and connection that helps positive change take root over time.

  • Each consult is followed-up by an email synopsis that includes highlights of our visit, details of any suggestions, linked sources for any recommendations, and related resources for learning more. Women often start to be very motivated about their health when baby fever begins to urgently strike. Some women feel the fever and rush right into ‘trying for a baby’, but wise women understand that their health and the right preparation is key.

The reality is that health conditions rarely improve under the physical strain of pregnancy, and the more robust and deeply nourished mothers are BEFORE they go into pregnancy, the healthier the expression their baby’s DNA has the opportunity to be.

  • YES!  This is a personalized approach, and it has to work for YOU! That's one of the great things about one-on-one mentorship, is that we can tweak as we go along as needed. So your budget, your tastebuds, your time available all are part of figuring out how to make this work for you.

    Also, it DOES take time (and sometimes money) to care for ourselves. As a single mom and homebirth midwife, I've personally learned the hard way about the long-term consequences of not making the time to deeply care for ourselves through even just the simplest action like sleep. So I will be (kindly) making the case that no matter how busy your are at work, or how busy with lots of kids already, that long-term health and feeling good requires more than just the 'right pill'. I've become an expert over the years at sensitively helping overwhelmed women find that little niche to take their first steps towards the healthier life they crave.

    However, how much change and benefit would you like to have?

    I've found most women to be inspired and enthusiastic after our appointments, eager to institute positive changes now that they understand why they are important and how to go about them. They also express enjoying the one-on-one personal experience of learning what they can do themselves to improve the health of their whole family. Most of us are eager do what we can to feel better, but just need the information, guidance, and a motivating buddy to help get us pointed in the right direction and our questions answered.

    Many clients have reported huge changes shifting even just about 10-15 minutes/day. If there is no exercise time in your schedule right now, there may be a need for 20 minutes to fit something in. It's not uncommon for some sort of supplementation or nutrients to helpful, it varies depending on the corrections needed.
